The Bureau of Labor Education and the Maine State Building and Construction Trades Council present an evening program on Worker Rights Under Maine's Workers' Compensation Laws.

Speaker: Jim Case, Attorney at Law, Counsel for Maine AFL-CIO and Maine Building Trades

  • Benefits
  • Notice and application process
  • Process for dispute resolution
  • Rights to return to work and/or vocational rehabilitation
  • Other aspects of the law workers need to know

Jim will provide particpants with an informal presentation on these topics, along with an opportunity for quesion and answer discussion.

Registration and payment of the program fee of $10.00, which includes educational materials, can be made the evening of the program. To pre-register just conact the Bureau of Labor Education to let them know that you will be attending the program, along with your name and address (US Mail or Email).
