IBEW 1837 is a participating member of the Maine Fair Trade Campaign . IBEW 1837 members are invited and encouraged to participate in campaign activities. Members interested in becoming active in Campaign acitivities should contact Matt Beck or Cynthia Phinney at the IBEW 1837 Maine union office.

held on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. They are held in Bangor during the following months: Feb, Mar, May, Jun, Aug, Sep, Nov, Dec. They are held in Ellsworth at City Hall during the following months: Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct.
Please join us for the regular monthly meeting of the Western Maine Labor Council, AFL-CIO. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month. Bob Burns and Matt Beck are current delegates to the council, but all IBEW 1837 members are invited and encouraged to attend.

1837 members who work in the Unit 1 territory are encouraged to attend.
Any IBEW 1837 member is welcome.
Please join us for the regular monthly meeting of the Eastern Maine Labor Council, AFL-CIO. Meetings are held the first Monday of every month with the exception of September. Bob Toole is the current delegate to the council, but all IBEW 1837 members are invited and encouraged to attend.
Please join us for the regular monthly meeting of the Southern Maine Labor Council, AFL-CIO. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month and always end promptly at 8:00pm. Jack Amrock, Carlos Morales and Matt Beck are current delegates to the council, but all IBEW 1837 members are invited and encouraged to attend. Please note that it can be a little tricky to find the Teamsters Hall the first time around.
The months for the Rec Center location are Feb, Mar,
May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Nov, Dec and the months for the Alternate Location are October, January and April.
