Tour the Museum L-A in conjunction with the Workers Memorial Day Breakfast event that starts at 9:00am. The museum (which doesn't have a website as far as I was able to find out) is building collections of artifacts, oral history, and film clips that document the lives and times of workers in the Lewiston/Auburn area. The museum has done special projects researching and preserving the stories of millworkers in the cities' history and is now beginning a project on shoe shops and shoe workers.

For more information about the museum, contact Rachel DeGrossliers at the museum, 207-333-3881

Start: 9:00 am
